Find Your Way To Grow
From Land to Living Landscape
Our Approach
We believe every landscape has its own character, potential and rhythm. Our approach begins by understanding the land — its soil, water, climate, plants and the people who use it. We then bring together natural farming, permaculture, thoughtful design and ecological practices to create productive, diverse and living landscapes. From kitchen gardens to farms and larger land projects, we work with nature to create spaces that nourish people and become healthier and more resilient over time.

The Aravali Collective
A different way of living with the land, The Aravali Collective by Edible Routes is a thoughtfully managed farm community in the Aravalis, rooted in nature, food, and a deeper connection with the landscape. Designed for those who seek a more meaningful relationship with nature, it brings together private spaces and shared landscapes in a setting shaped by the rhythms of the land. With Edible Routes’ approach to regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, and conscious land stewardship, the collective nurtures a landscape where nature and community grow together. It offers an opportunity to experience the simplicity of being closer to nature, surrounded by green spaces, fresh air, and a living ecosystem. More than a place to own land, The Aravali Collective is an invitation to experience a different way of living, where the land is valued, cared for, and allowed to flourish.

Testimonials-

My home garden is a source of inspiration for me. Edible Routes has helped me grow my own food for the past 5 years, and I am delighted to see the fresh vegetables in my garden. In times like these, my garden is my solace. Thank you, Edible Routes for all the support and knowledge you provided. It gives me such a sense of security.

I have a fantastic harvest of cauliflowers, tomatoes, potatoes and spinach. So much so that over the last 2 months, almost 2 weeks each month we have had no need to purchase any vegetables from outside… Not only us, our friends have also noticed the of our vegetables... Thanks to Edible Routes who helped me set up my kitchen garden 3 years ago and for empowering me with the knowledge of how to grow my own food...
