MICROGREENS WORKSHOP With Hero Motocorp
You do not need a farm to grow fresh food. Microgreens can be grown easily in a small space at home or at work.
Dates: 24–26 June 2026 Locations: Udyog Vihar, DLF Phase 1, Tenton, Horizon and Vasant Kunj
Edible Routes conducted a hands-on microgreens workshop as a corporate engagement and vocational activity.
Participants learnt:
• What microgreens are
• Why they are beneficial
• How to grow them in a small space
• How they can be used in fresh salads
Employees prepared their own microgreen trays while working with soil, seeds and growing material. The activity offered a refreshing break from the workplace and helped participants reconnect with food and soil.
